Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor | £100m New Build | Central London, Zone 1
Nadson Consulting are currently supporting a Principal contractor on a £100m new build scheme, now entering the fit-out and internals phase, and are looking to appoint a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor on a long-term basis.
* 12 months’ work (depending on performance)
* 5 days per week on site
* Weekly payments (Limited Company)
* Major live project with an established commercial team
Scope of role:
* Package and subcontractor management
* Valuations, variations, and cost reporting
* Final accounts support
This role will suit an SQS who is comfortable managing packages through delivery and close-out on a large-scale construction project, who will be comfortable working at speed and under pressure on a complex scheme.
