This is an outstanding opportunity for an Investment Banking Analyst to join a lean, intellectually rigorous team where junior bankers are given meaningful responsibility and direct exposure to senior dealmakers from day one.
The Role
As an Analyst within the TMT team, you will play a central role in executing M&A and strategic advisory mandates across digital infrastructure, telecoms, media and broader technology subsectors.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, strategic reviews, and capital raises
* Building and maintaining complex financial models including operating models, valuation analyses, and transaction scenarios
* Preparing high-quality client materials including pitchbooks, information memoranda, and management presentations
* Conducting industry research and company analysis across rapidly evolving TMT verticals
* Coordinating due diligence processes alongside clients, legal advisers, and counterparties
* Working directly with senior bankers and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle

Requirements
* 1–2 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory (TMT exposure advantageous but not essential)
* Outstanding financial modelling and valuation skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams within tight deadlines
