We’re looking for an exceptional Assistant General Manager to help bring this vision to life. You’ll support the General Manager in overseeing the full restaurant operation, driving service, team culture, and commercial performance. In their absence, you’ll confidently take the reins, managing all aspects of the restaurant with clarity, authority, and vision.

Your Role
As Assistant General Manager, you’ll be a key operational leader, setting the tone for excellence, accountability, and service culture across the entire front‑of‑house. You will:
* Deputise for the General Manager and confidently lead the business in their absence.
* Oversee and support the FOH and bar teams to deliver a refined, energetic, and unforgettable guest experience.
* Drive operational efficiency, labour cost control, and service standards in real time.
* Train, mentor, and motivate the team to consistently deliver five‑star service in a high‑volume environment.
* Play an active role in daily briefings, service delivery, guest recovery, and floor management.
* Monitor financial KPIs and collaborate on business performance improvement.
* Help shape a positive and driven culture that reflects the brand’s premium positioning and high expectations.
