Job Title: Lead Aerospace Engineer
Location: Dorest
Salary : £55 - 60,000
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all designs, modifications, and repairs fully meet applicable airworthiness regulations and standards.
* Prepare, review, and manage certification documentation for systems and components.
* Conduct detailed inspections and audits to guarantee adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
* Provide expert support and advice to engineering and operations teams on all airworthiness-related matters.
* Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date records of certifications and compliance activities.
* Act as a key contact for aviation authorities, ensuring strong compliance and communication.
* Drive improvements in airworthiness processes, tools, and procedures.
* Leading Multiple Project in line with delivery dates.
* Support and Develop Design Team
Ideal Skills :
* A degree in Aerospace Engineering
* At least 5 years' experience in a Senior Airworthiness Engineer
* Experience within a Regulation Environment
* Strong knowledge of EASA, FAA, and UK MAA regulations.
* Stakeholder Management Within Projects / Development Team
