As part of our growth, we have integrated the QHSE function to serve the overall operations of Framatome Ltd in the UK and liaise with Framatome Group with this respect.
The QHSE Coordinator will directly:
Assist with document control, records management and version tracking of policies, procedures and technical documents
Coordinate audits (internal, external, and regulatory), ensuring corrective and preventive actions are tracked and closed
Maintain records related to risk assessments, non-conformances, safety inspections, incident investigations, and training compliance.
Maintain QHSE management databases and software.
Track training records and certifications for staff, ensuring compliance with mandatory training requirements.
Organize QHSE committee meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes.
Provide general administrative support to the QHSE Managers and wider team.
The QHSE Coordinator will work closely with:
The Supervising Technical Coordinator to integrate digital solutions with procedural and system requirements
With the various process owners in the business to ensure that health and safety within the Integrated Management System is maintained, adhered to, developed, and improved to meet our business needs, customers and regulatory requirements.
With the IMS Manager to support the maintenance and administration of the IMS
With the Head of Function to prepare and maintain QHSE reports and performance indicators for management review
We are looking for:
* Experience or qualifications in business administration, engineering, safety management, or related field (preferred).
* Prior experience in a support or administrative role.
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft applications
* Experience of developing and implementing processes and procedures.
* Auditor training (internal or external) desirable.
* NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety/environmental qualification advantageous

This role has the potential to lead to a structured Apprenticeship programme in either disciplines of Quality, Health & Safety and / or Environment for candidates where there is an interest.
