We’re a family-run garage, proudly serving Aylesbury and surrounding areas since 2009. We carry out repairs on all makes and models of vehicles and are now looking for a full-time experienced mechanic to join our friendly team.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanic located in Aylesbury. The Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine maintenance, inspecting vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components, repairing and replacing broken or dysfunctional parts, and following checklists to ensure thorough vehicle examination. The role also involves testing vehicles to ensure they are running correctly and keeping records of all work carried out.
Qualifications
* Skills in vehicle diagnostics and problem-solving
* Minumum 5 Years Experience with vehicle repair and maintenance
* Knowledge of mechanical and electrical components of vehicles
* Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools
* Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Certifications from relevant professional bodies are required
* Valid driver’s licence
