Ceto Talent is partnering with a Leading EPC Contractor known for delivering high-value and complex Energy projects for the Offshore industry. We're looking for an experienced industry professional to join as Industrial Relations Advisor on this exciting and UK-first Carbon Capture project within Liverpool Bay.
✅What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Build and maintain transparent, positive relations with trade unions and employers’ organizations at local, national, and international levels.
2. Define, negotiate, and manage collective agreements and industrial instruments (e.g., NAECI), ensuring alignment with company policies and legislation.
3. Provide technical support to HR, Sustainability, and business units for effective management of industrial and employee relations.
