Office based for a group of small companies Finance Administrator required for busy office in Worthing. We are currently looking for an AAT qualified Finance Administrator to join our team. However, a trainee will be considered based on experience. You will have bookkeeping & administration experience with an excellent working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts and Excel. Responsibilities include data entry, Credit Control, Banking, Bank reconciliations, producing reports and other administrative tasks. A good knowledge of VAT and VAT returns is beneficial as is maintaining a full and accurate audit trail by filing and referencing documents. This is a deadline-based role so, at times, flexibility on hours may be required. Able to take initiative, quick to learn and ambitious - an exciting opportunity for someone with good credit control / bookkeeping experience who is looking for a lively environment within a friendly team.
