Owls Hall Environmental is a leading wastewater engineering business that is expanding to help our customers to comply with the demands of new legislation. We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Sales Coordinatorto join a growing team in our lovely office location.
About the position
Key duties and responsibilities include:
* Dealing with incoming customer queries, obtaining relevant information and providing advice and best possible solutions.
* Managing sales orders/quotations, scheduling appointments, following up enquiries, securing orders, and ensuring customer delivery dates are met
* Working closely with and supporting the external sales team to identify opportunities both within our existing client base and with potential new sources of business.
Experience, skills and aptitude required:
* Excellent communication skills
* Exceptional customer service skills
* A proactive attitude
* Attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise own workload.
* Good level of IT literacy in Microsoft Office
