The Role
* Take charge of the nightly movement of 300–700 tonnes of product, coordinating drivers, warehouse staff, and schedules to keep operations running smoothly.
* Forecast resources, brief teams, track deliveries, and troubleshoot issues in real time.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in warehouse, logistics, or transport planning
* Skill at scheduling drivers, vehicles & operational resources
* Excellent communication with strong organisational & IT skills
* Hands‑on, proactive, and able to work independently
* Good knowledge of UK geography
Nice to Have
* Counterbalance Forklift, VNA, or LLOP certifications
