Job Title: Digital Operations Coordinator Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager Location: Remote (East Anglia) Contract Type: Full-time Overview: The Digital Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the smooth running of the organisation’s global auditing and certification programmes. This position combines coordination, digital system management, and process improvement to ensure efficient, reliable audit operations. The Role: As the Digital Operations Coordinator, you’ll manage audit applications, scheduling, and documentation through online booking systems. You’ll work closely with auditors and internal teams, maintaining accurate data, ensuring timely communication, and developing digital tools and workflows that enhance operational performance. Key Responsibilities: * Process incoming audit applications and maintain accurate digital records. * Manage the central audit schedule and track timelines effectively. * Coordinate assignments and documentation between auditors and partners. * Support the development of digital workflows and process improvements. * Use SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, and HubSpot to manage data and reporting.
