As our Administrative Assistant, you will help keep our school organised and welcoming by maintaining accurate records and information systems, managing reception and enquiries, and helping to plan and coordinate trips, events, and activities that enrich school life. Provide general clerical, administrative, and financial support under the guidance of senior staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Manage and maintain manual and computerised records, produce reports, and handle complex ICT tasks and submissions to external agencies. Organise school trips, events, and other activities, while supporting the planning and development of administrative procedures and policies. Supervise, train, and support other staff as needed, and provide advice and guidance to staff, pupils, and visitors. Promote and safeguard the welfare of children, ensuring compliance with policies on child protection, health and safety, confidentiality, and data protection. High level of literacy and numeracy skills.
