Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, in person, over the phone and emails. They manage working relationships with customers and insurance partners while providing administrative support for the repair facility team. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for the Calgary area.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
2. Provide friendly customer service over the phone, in person and over email
3. Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our repair management system
4. Ensure timely processing of insurance assignments
5. Prepare repair order with proper documentation
6. Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using ASE
7. Manage car rental information
8. Actively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS.
Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job
9. High School Diploma
10. Minimum: 1 year Customer Service experience, ideally in Automotive Industry
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
11. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
12. Ability to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environment
13. Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
14. Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office
15. Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

16. Valid driver’s license required

Compensation Details
Salary:
$20 - $22 per hour
Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
