Candidates must have proven experience working on culverts, concrete structures, and general civils groundwork. Based on industry‑standard duties for Groundworkers and Culvert Installers, this project requires operatives who can carry out excavation, drainage, concreting, and safe installation of culvert systems. Key Responsibilities Culvert Replacement & Drainage Works * Excavate and prepare ground for culvert removal and installation. * Install new culvert sections (concrete, steel, plastic) ensuring correct alignment and flow levels. * Backfilling, compacting, and reinstatement of ground around culverts. * Implement drainage connections and water management solutions.
