We're looking for Support Workers to join our friendly team at Vale House, our beautifully refurbished supported living service in Trent Vale.

You'll be supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health challenges - helping with daily routines, encouraging independence, and making each day feel special. No two days are the same, and that's what makes this role so rewarding.
Hours;
Part time and Full time contracts are available.
Shift patterns are: 20:00 - 8:00

Pay: Up to £26,738.00 per year
