Your Role in the Team
As a Paraplanner, you’ll be the right-hand support to the advisory team — bringing insight, diligence, and structure to the planning process. Your work will help ensure clients receive advice that is not only suitable but exceptional.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting in-depth research into pensions, investments, and tax strategies
* Writing accurate, compliant suitability reports
* Helping craft bespoke financial planning solutions
* Engaging with providers and maintaining meticulous records
* Keeping pace with industry changes and regulatory updates
What You’ll Bring
* Solid paraplanning experience within a financial planning or IFA environment
* A good grasp of tax planning, investment solutions, and compliance frameworks
* Diploma Level 4 qualified (or working toward it)
* Detail-oriented, curious, and confident in your communication
