MadiganGill are looking an Assistant Site Manager with a background in RC Frames or High Rise Residential Builds for a project in Central Bristol for 2 years work.
Pay Rate is £250 per day
The successful candidate will need proven experience with Reinforced Concrete Frames or High Rise Residential builds.
Expected duties:-
1. Working effectively within the Site Management Team to help guide the site to completion in a timely manner by liaising with the workforce as well as Sub Contractors.
2. Help promote and manage a culture of Health and Safety awareness within the workforce.
3. Ensure that daily briefings are carried out to the workforce alongside regular Toolbox Talks.
4. Co-ordinate Activities on site to ensure safe working and that relevant permits are in place.
5. Be flexible to assist in solving daily problems that arise on site to ensure project is completed within budget and allocated time frames.
6. Support with materials ordering, workforce allocation and logistics planning to ensure a constant efficient smooth running of the site as a whole.
