Overview
The Rowe Veterinary Group is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to work at our Bradley Stoke hospital on a 12 month Fixed term contract, covering all aspects of our shift patterns which include consultation, inpatients and operating at our busy 24/7 hospital in Bristol.

Our team has a big focus on coaching and development and has vets with further training in this area. We encourage personal development, including funding certificates where desired. We encourage a collaborative working culture where we can share ideas and support each other. Several of our vets have certificates in medicine and surgery, whilst others are currently working towards them. We enjoy supporting our new graduates and have EMS students on a regular basis enabling us to give back to the veterinary community.
Our facilities and team
Our tier 3 RCVS-accredited hospital provides excellent facilities including digital X-ray, dental X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, endoscopy and more. We pride ourselves on clinical excellence whilst also providing a patient-appropriate compassionate service for our clients. You will join a well-established team of over 30 other Veterinary Surgeons across the group, a strong, experienced nursing team, and a fantastic support team.
Work locations and services
We are a wide-ranging group of practices across North Bristol and South Gloucestershire, with both town and rural practices that provide an exceptional level of care from our vet, nurse, and reception teams. Within our range of practices we are able to provide fully equipped theatres, including digital x-ray and ultrasound, in-house laboratories with state of the art equipment as well as a 24/7 hospital in Bristol.

Your usual working hours will be working three days 8:30AM-7:00PM and one short day working 8:30AM-5:00PM, working a 4 day week with a flexible day off. We are happy to discuss a rota pattern to suit you, and welcome part time applicants.

Development and professional memberships
