Ideally, you will have at least 6 months' care experience; however, this is not essential as full paid training and shadow shifts will be provided. About the Role As a Healthcare Assistant, you will promote independence and provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's care plan. Duties may include: Providing high-quality, person-centred care Assisting with personal care (washing, incontinence support, dressing) Supporting with mobility and medication Helping with daily routines, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks Encouraging independence and wellbeing Working alongside healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes Shifts Available: 7:00am-2:30pm and/or 2:30pm-10:30/11:00pm We are currently seeking Full-Time and Part Time hours.
