Description: This role involves engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources like mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Key responsibilities include accurately processing cash transactions and having in-depth conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities, connecting them to suitable solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
* Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs
* Follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to laws and regulations
* Enhance business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
* Manage traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
