You will work alongside 2 other directors to elevate our company. We seek a Sales Director/Angel Investor/Company Partner who shares our drive and passion, viewing this as a path to success.
Our goal is to build B2B relationships with high-profile businesses in luxury real estate and hospitality. We are agents for the resort chain Soneva in the Maldives, working with The Corinthia Group, The Maybourne Hotel Group, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, and more. We have partnered with a Forbes-recognized property mogul for private island sales and with CBRE, among others.
The ideal candidate will provide capital, mentorship, and industry experience to help grow and scale the business. Responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, researching market trends, and developing sales strategies.
You will serve as the first point of contact with other corporate directors and CEOs, building reputable relationships with large organizations, especially in the aviation industry, lifestyle management, concierge services, brokers, and clients to increase sales and profits.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies
* Prepare operational and financial reports for the sales department
* Manage and develop the sales team
* Coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (not necessary)
* At least 3 years of sales leadership experience
