The role would suit someone who has excellent administration and organisational skills, and strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft is essential, with the ability to write and prepare a range of documentation and manage databases with understanding of finances processes ensure returns are undertaken on time to the Finances Department. Key responsibilities: Handle hall bookings, including preparation of license agreements, collection of payments and liaison with clients and Divisional Headquarters as necessary, to ensure the smooth running of the booking process The successful candidate will have: A varied and wide range of administrative, finance and compliance duties, which support the mission of The Salvation Army across number of Churches in Sunderland. Will be qualified to SVQ Level 3/5 GCSEs or equivalent or have equivalent work experience with excellent customer care skills and good attention to detail with Driving licences and access to a car You will also be expected to work within the ethos of The Salvation Army and our values.
