* A degree in Drama, Theatre Arts, Performing Arts, or a related subject
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE preferred; however, we warmly welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and enthusiastic unqualified teachers looking to build their experience
* Proven experience teaching Drama at the secondary level, with a track record of inspiring students and raising attainment
* Genuine passion for theatre, performance, and youth development, with a natural flair for motivating and engaging young talent
* Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with parents and the wider community
