These are predominantly multi-let, urban industrial properties occupied by national traders and independants. * The role will blend both property management and strategic asset management
* You will be part of a small, talented team where supervision and support will be available
* The AUM continues to grow and in reponse, this role has been created to add capacity
* The FM function is undertaken by an external 3rd party so some management of that relationship will be necessary
* Alongside management of lease events - renewals, reviews and service charge oversight - you will also work with tenants in your portfolio to determine asset management plays to push rental tone and improve the tenant mix.
* You will also be involved in leading Capex projects such as enhancements and refurbs
Is THIS you..?
* We need you to know your way around commercial leases, with ease
* Exposure to delivery/oversight of rent reviews and renewals would be helpful
* Strong appreciation and experience within property management is required and if you have industrial experience, even better
* Commercial acumen to drive leasing, surrenders, regears etc, will be essential
* The business is based in Manchester City centre, and tend to be a 3-4 day PW in the office. Flex beyond that is not available.
