Opportunity to join a very flexible non-profit organisation as their new Head of Finance (part-time).
We are looking for a Head of Finance to lead on the statutory reporting, budgeting and forecasting for a SME regulatory body. This role is the number 2 person in finance and manages 2 junior member of the team. Our Client
This non-profit organisation have created a fantastic work culture, that really prioritise flexibility and employee satisfaction. It is a small team, where everyone knows each other well. They are based in central London and would like the Head of Finance to come into the office 1 day a week. As well as offering lots of flexibility thew role offers a 14% employer pension contribution.
The Role

Main Duties
Lead of the statutory reporting
Liaise with the external auditors
Produce the management accounts, budgets and forecasts
Business partner with your budget holders, helping them The Successful Candidate
Experience producing the statutory accounts and management accounts in a SME non-profit
Experience managing 1 or more people
Excellent communication skills, to be an effective business partner What’s on offer?
£54,340 to £63,745 pro rated for 4 days week
14% employer pension contribution
