Delivery Driver – Temporary Contract (8 Weeks)
We’re seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team on a temporary 8-week contract, with the possibility of extension. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and providing excellent service to local garages.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
Every other Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00
Role Overview:
As a Delivery Driver, you’ll be responsible for transporting a variety of car parts safely and efficiently to garages in the local area. You’ll play a key role in keeping our customers’ workshops running smoothly by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver car parts including:
Brake pads and brake discs
Nuts, bolts, and other fasteners
Interior and exterior mirrors
Car fluids (oil, coolant, etc.)
Batteries and other essential vehicle components
Load and unload delivery items safely
Check and report any damage or discrepancies in stock
Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain signatures as required
Provide excellent customer service at each delivery point
Follow all health & safety and road safety regulations
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly pay: £12.21 per hour
Weekly pay every Friday
A temporary contract with potential to extend based on performance

Candidate Requirements:
Valid UK driver’s license
Previous delivery or driving experience preferred but not essential
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Ability to lift and handle moderately heavy items
Good communication and customer service skills
