Teaching Assistants & Nursery Nurses – Chichester Area

Pay: £13-£15 per hour (dependent on experience)

Supply Desk is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse (Level 2 or 3 qualified) to support a well-regarded nursery in the Chichester area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing team and a welcoming environment.

Your Role Will Include:
* Providing high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 3 months to 4 years
* Supporting children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development
* Working closely with parents and colleagues to meet each child’s individual needs
* Creating a stimulating and safe learning environment
* Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of children’s progress
What We’re Looking For:
* A CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare (or equivalent)
* Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting
* A genuine passion for supporting children's early development
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team
* A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection
