Main purpose of the role to be responsible for the smooth running of the care group medical staffing, ensuring that coordinated and streamlined admin processes revolve around the care group business needs.
The postholder will ensure all medical shifts are filled across the care group in a timely fashion, this will ensure full service provision and patient safety and will also reduce the need for last minute costly cover.
Postholder will report directly to the CG business manager and will work with the medical leads, the care group management team and the trusts central teams such as medical HR.
