You'll also lead and support poolside activities, helping create unforgettable moments for our guests. Key ResponsibilitiesWe're looking for high spirited and fun-loving multi-taskers who love learning new things and working with a like-minded group of people.As a Team Member + 1, you will work on Monday and Fridays cleaning our accommodation and then will work as a lifeguard the rest of your contracted hours. No day will ever be the same and you will enjoy the variety of working with lots of different team members and guests.If you have a previous lifeguard qualification that's brilliant, however if you can pass the Butlins swim test we will also put you through your NPLQ course, giving you all the training you need to start your career in lifeguarding.Swim Test Requirement: If selected, you'll be invited to complete a Butlin's swim test, which includes:Swimming 50m in under 75 secondsTreading waterSurface divingClimbing out of the pool unaidedTPBN1_UKTJ
