Due to an internal development, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated HR Business Partner to provide a thorough HR service to a thriving partnership of schools in Oxford. HR Business Partner Responsibilities
The client is looking for a dedicated and competent HR professional with school experience, combined with a positive attitude and a willingness to become involved in academic life. Requirements include and are not limited to:
* Essential: Proven and demonstrable experience working in a school's HR environment.
* A successful track record in managing complex employee relations cases.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
* Either an existing HR Business Partner or an aspiring HR professional ready to take the next step.
* A strong understanding of current education HR legislation and best practice.
HR Business Partner Rewards
This is a hybrid role with 1 day per week spent at our central team office working alongside the HR and payroll team; and the remainder of your working time spent visiting schools or working from home.
Hours of work: FLEXIBLE. Full-time and part-time options are available, including term-time working or all-year-round (52 weeks per annum). The client is ideally looking for a minimum of 4 full days per week or 30 hours across the week.

Experience Required
The successful candidate will have previous experience as an HR practitioner, preferably within the education sector, with a proven track record of handling complex employee relations issues and casework. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for traveling between schools are required.
Location
The office is based in North Oxford, with parking available.
