* Exposure to landlord and tenant work specifically during training contract, particularly acting for tenants, including negotiating new leases, dealing with licences to alter, licences to assign and assignments (whether on behalf of the tenant or the assignee), deeds of variation etc.
\n\t
* Wider commercial property experience and a general understanding of the processes involved supporting the Occupiers team.
