Job Overview
We are recruiting for part time front of house team member, ideally front of house hospitality experience with flexibility for shifts
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
* Ensure timely service
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the Front of house area
* Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about menu items
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
* Taking orders, making drinks, and serving the custsomers requirements
* Barista/Basic Coffee trained
* Ability to work under pressure
* A team player
* Cover events, Holidays and sickness when needed
Qualifications / Requirements
* Previous restaurant experience is essential
* Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
* Knowledge of food safety practices
* Excellent guest service skills to enhance customer satisfaction
* Familiarity with food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
* Must be over 18 years due to the nature of the job role
Shift
* WEEKDAY EVENING: Hours: 5pm to 10 pm.
* WEEKENDS: Saturday/Sunday 8am to 2pm, 11am - 5pm, 5pm to 10pm, and 2pm to 10pm
* WEEKDAY DAY: Hours: 8am/9am to 2pm.
* EVENTS/COVER: ad-hoc cover for shifts when required or special events.
Salary
In line with the current government minimum wage.
Over 21 years £12.21 per hour
