The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters, including complex, high-value, multi-track claims. Depending on your level of experience, you will act either as lead solicitor or in a supporting capacity on cases of maximum severity.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing or assisting on a caseload of clinical negligence claims
* Handling multi-track, high-value and complex matters
* Working collaboratively within a specialist team
* Maintaining high standards of client care and confidentiality
* Meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities effectively
Key Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ and above) with experience in clinical negligence
* Demonstrable track record in handling claimant clinical negligence cases
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable working in a paperless environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
