Sales Agent - Macclesfield
A fast-growing, Macclesfield-based commercial services company is looking to hire motivated Sales Agents to join its expanding team — immediate starts available.
This is an entry-level role designed for people at the start of their career. No prior sales experience is required — just confidence, energy and the willingness to learn. Full training is provided.
The Role
Sales Agents work with a warm database of business leads, speaking with UK and US companies to understand their needs and introduce relevant commercial solutions.
This is a consultative, relationship-focused position, not hard cold calling. Products include:
* Accountancy services
* Business broadband & mobiles
* Business energy
* Card payments
* Business loans
* Telephone systems
* Health & safety services
Salary, Commission & Incentives
* £25,000–£30,000 basic salary
* Uncapped commission on top of base
* Daily commission and cash incentives available on top of standard commission
* OTE £40,000–£50,000 in year one
* Monthly incentives:
* Top 3 performers earn extra cash
* Top performer earns £250
* Daily incentives budgeted at £25 per day
* £1,000 pay rise for hitting monthly KPIs
* Overtime available at time and a half
* Optional US shifts (11:00–20:30) for increased earning potential

* Money-motivated, positive and resilient
* No sales experience required — full training provided
* Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, sport or customer service welcomed
* Coachable attitude and strong work ethic
Hours & Benefits
* Office-based in Macclesfield
* Monday–Thursday: 9:00–5:30 (1-hour lunch)
* Friday: 9:00–5:30
