Leading Edge Aviation is one of the largest commercial airline flight training academies in the UK and Spain and are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Administrator who will be the first point of contact for all student pilots and visitors who enter the Oxford Academy. This role is not for the feint of hearted and you will be working in a fast-paced busy environment supported by the wider CX team in Oxford and Spain. Reporting into the Customer Experience Manager, you will be working in a pressurised training environment where the students will soon become airline pilots, who will very likely, be responsible for flying you on a future holiday. The Students Pilots are with us for over 18 months. This role places you at the front row of the Leading Edge family where we encourage and support the students to grow into professional commercial airline pilots. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, based at our Oxford Campus Role Duties Reception Duties To be the first point of contact for all visitors to the Academy, ensuring they feel welcome, are familiar with the facilities, and Health & Safety arrangements To be responsible for the telephone switch board, screening calls and taking appropriate messages where applicable. Co-ordination of the arrival of deliveries that arrive at the Academy during office hours, ensuring these reach the relevant area. To be responsible for the stock level and replenishment of stationery, bathrooms and refreshment items Booking of briefing rooms and study rooms Ensuring that Reception Area, First Class Lounge and the Crew Room are clean, welcoming and well stocked Office & Training Administration Ensuring that customers are provided with the relevant information and equipment throughout their time at the Academy. Assisting with course welcome and arrival arrangements, including student kit and stock ordering, welcome packs and ID badges Assisting with departure administration and off boarding process To provide ad-hoc administrative support required by the Head of Training (HT) where required. To provide support to the Customer Experience Manager to create and robust and effective welfare environment, supporting their needs throughout training. To ensure that all maintenance items are reported appropriately to those responsible for the area they are specific to, ie. Accommodation or the Academy. Excellent IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office & ZohoCRM applications. Proven administrative experience Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
