The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across the primary age range, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities may include:
Early Years (EYFS)
- Supporting children through play‑based learning activities.

- Encouraging social, emotional, and communication skills.
Key Stage 1 & Key Stage 2
- Supporting pupils in lessons across English, Maths, and the wider curriculum.
- Working with small groups to reinforce learning objectives.
- Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours.
Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional needs.
- Building positive relationships to support engagement and progress.
- Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement learning strategies.
