Job Description
Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
* Arrange and manage collections and deliveries with courier services such as DHL and TNT
* Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, including franking and distribution
* Prepare meeting and conference rooms, including furniture setup and layout adjustments
* Provide front-of-house support, including switchboard operation and visitor management
* Conduct weekly health and safety checks throughout Arla House, ensuring compliance and reporting any issues
* Maintain stock levels for the shop and manage milk supplies across the building
* Assist with general security duties to ensure a safe and secure environment
* Carry out additional duties as requested by the client within the scope of the role

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
* A valid SIA licence
* Driving licence with access to own vehicle
* The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history
* Punctual and reliable
* Physically fit due to moving heavy items
* Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken
