They have over 1,000 staff working across eight regional centres, primarily supporting six long term water sector frameworks operating both on their own and increasingly in joint ventures and alliances. The Role: You will report directly to the Managing QS and you will be expected to take responsibility for the Commercial Management of projects. Responsibilities: Quantity surveying duties in respect of managing projects and work packages. Liaise with design, construction and supply chain teams to capture, analyse and control cost. Collaborative work with the client to ensure business requirements are met Manage the main contract ensuring contractual notices and correspondence are identified and raised as necessary. Preparation and issue of subcontract documentation. Assist in the management and performance of subcontractors. Manage the preparation and agreement of applications for payment.
