Skills and Experience: * Build strong client relationships and work with colleagues across the company to share best practice and maximise success. * Develop an understanding of competitor activity and collect effective market intelligence so that my client can achieve the best position in the market for its products wherever possible. * Gain strong technical understanding of the company’s product offering to promote products to customers. * Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and inform decision-making. * Create product presentations and datasheets to secure new business opportunities. * Develop data analysis skills to assist in forecasting growth, revenue and volume objectives. * Respond to sales enquiries, via email, telephone and online meetings. * Co-ordinate with Production to process orders, after-sales service, invoice checking and domestic and international shipping organisation. * Maintain the CRM database * A STEM or Business-related degree * Experience of Microsoft applications: Word, PowerPoint and Excel * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial for our long-term success.
