You'll need at least 4 years' experience in a similar role (agency or in-house) and a strong portfolio that shows the breadth and depth of your skillset and experience. The ideal candidate is someone who can hit the ground running while maintaining consistently high standards. Taking autonomous ownership of your work is a must.

Whether it's short-form copy, long-form SEO content, or campaign-level development you're comfortable switching styles, tackling complex topics, and delivering writing that makes people feel, understand, and connect.
This isn't a job for someone clinging to tradition, and it's not for someone pumping out AI-generated stock, either. You'll be someone who has
adapted
to the AI disruption and uses the tools with intent. Whether it's speeding up research, challenging your own thinking, testing new directions, or elevating already exceptional copy, AI will be your creative sidekick, not your ghostwriter.
What you'll be doing
You'll sit at the core of our content writing team, delivering high-quality work across our growing client base. From SEO blogs, newsletters, and web content to social copy, video scripts, and campaign development, you'll be shaping the ideas and writing the words that bring brands to life.
Expect variety. Expect challenges. Expect to write across formats, industries, and tones of voice. You'll drink your morning coffee thinking about a paid social hook, spend your afternoon crafting SEO content, and round out the day concepting a script or campaign funnel messaging.
You'll also:
* Work closely with strategists, creatives, and designers to bring ideas to life
* Take ownership of projects and communicate clearly with clients and team leads
* Support the creative process from ideation through to final delivery
* Bring insight, curiosity, and solutions to the table
What we're looking for
* A minimum of 4 years' content/copywriting experience (agency or in-house)
* Proven experience with SEO content and an understanding of digital best practice
* A strong grasp of tone, structure, rhythm, and voice, with the flexibility to adapt
* Confidence in your creative judgment and the ability to articulate why your work works
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving but supportive team
* Curiosity, originality, and a sharp editorial eye
* Experience in both B2B and B2C copywriting is desirable
* Experience in utilising AI in your creative and writing processes is essential

Responsibilities:
· Read briefs to carefully to understand what is expected
· Take part in briefing meetings with clients
· Take feedback from internal teams and clients and make necessary corrections
· Contribute content ideas and conceptual approaches to work
· Perform research on assigned topics
· Interview relevant stakeholders to find out more information
· Write a variety of content for multiple brands
· Provide advice to clients on content best practices
· Own assigned projects and client work with support from the Head of Content Writing
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, or similar
· A portfolio of articles, writing, or ideas to show and discuss during interview
· Strong writing skills
· Proven experience in using AI during creative and writing processes
· SEO content writing knowledge and applied experience
· Excellent time management skills
· Ability to take constructive criticism
· Good research and conceptual development skills
