As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of the company's digital evolution, shaping, executing, and optimising a forward-thinking marketing strategy across multiple healthcare brands. You will lead the embedding of AI and automation into everyday marketing!
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver a multi-year digital strategy and annual plans aligned to growth ambitions.
* Lead execution across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Organic, Web, CRM, and content.
* Champion AI and automation to scale content, enhance targeting, and accelerate optimisation and automation.
* Build advanced data and insight dashboards to integrate SEO, PPC, CRM, and contact centre data.
* Collaborate with marketing, commercial, operations, and clinical teams to embed digital across every touchpoint.
* Management of 3 direct reports, marketing automation, Martech and marketing insight specialists.
The Candidate:
* Extensive experience across digital channels, SEO, PPC, social, web, email, and content
* Strong understanding of AI in marketing, automation, predictive analytics, and content scaling.
* Confidence in data analytics, dashboard design, and performance optimisation.
* Budget management expertise with clear ROI accountability.
* Strong influencing skills across senior and cross-functional stakeholders.
* Experience managing agencies and digital partners.
* Ideally, experience in healthcare or other regulated sectors.
