Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
* Lead a team of Commercial Managers responsible for optimising income & keeping us contractually on track with our key wholesale partners.
* Drive high‑value, high‑complexity commercial negotiations with major MVNO partners.
* Analyse financial performance to advise both short‑ and long‑term forecasting initiatives.
* Monitor IT & Network delivery to ensure contractual obligations are met.
* Resolve complex contractual issues and provide commercial leadership across ad hoc workstreams.
* Define and implement commercial strategies for wholesale channels to improve balanced returns for VMO2.

Qualifications
* Extensive B2B commercial experience managing large and complex contracts.
* Proven track record defining and delivering successful commercial strategies.
* Demonstrated experience leading and developing high‑performing commercial teams.
* Strong negotiation skills with direct experience managing partner relationships.
* Highly analytical, numerate, and proficient at providing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
