Bid Manager – Social Housing Refurbishment (Cladding & Retrofit) A growing and forward-thinking main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Bid Manager to support the continued expansion of their social housing refurbishment division, specialising in cladding remediation and retrofit projects. This is a key strategic role where you will take full ownership of the bid function, leading the preparation, writing and submission of high-quality, winning tenders. You will be responsible for coordinating and building the bid team across pre-construction, commercial, technical and operational departments to ensure a fully compliant and competitive submission.
