Our client is a leading name in online retail and as part of their continued growth they have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive. You will support the Marketing team in delivering industry-leading campaigns across a variety of channels for some of the biggest brands in the world of running, trail and outdoor.
Responsibilities
* Develop, plan, implement, test and track campaigns across a variety of channels including email, events, social media, physical events, influencers, athlete management and content creation.
* Manage relationships across a number of brand accounts to optimise coverage and sales, while maximising budget opportunities.
* Maintenance of the seasonal launch calendar ensuring all owned brand launches, campaigns and events are executed on time and to the highest standards.
* Brief the design and content teams to create high-quality campaigns which are on brand, on brief, within budget and on time.
* Brief and implement onsite merchandising updates via design and development teams, using CMS to update key brand pages.
* Write, edit and proof copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice.
* Attend and manage teams at high-profile industry events, races and activations.
* Conduct market research activity and regular competitor monitoring where appropriate.
* Work closely with other team members to maximise opportunities via third-party partner relationships.
* Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with team members, other departments, external stakeholders and third-party media partners.
* Operate as a key member of the wider marketing team, contributing ideas to the development of the team’s objectives.
Requirements
We are looking for experienced marketing executives or perhaps account handlers from an agency background who want a varied role and have a passion for running or outdoor activities.
