MyVoice Programme Lead

ðŸ“Knottingley (travel across the UK required)

Full-time – Permanent

£32,000 per annum

Make a real difference in how people are heard.

Real Life Options is looking for someone who cares deeply about people’s voices being taken seriously. MyVoice is our group-wide programme that gathers insight from the people we support and from our employees, and turns it into real action. This isn’t a token “feedback role.” It’s a programme that shapes decisions, influences quality, and strengthens our reputation as a provider people trust.

If you’re driven by meaningful engagement, confident with data, and experienced in leading programmes that create visible impact, this could be a brilliant fit.

About Real Life Options Group

Real Life Options Group is a national social care provider supporting autistic people, people with learning disabilities, and individuals who need assistance to live independently. We pride ourselves on person-centred support that helps people live meaningful, fulfilling lives.

Together, we operate across Scotland and England, offering a wide range of support services, from supported living and outreach to specialist community-based care.

We’re growing, evolving, and raising standards across the sector. What sets us apart is our commitment to listening hard: to the people we support, to their families, and to our employees. MyVoice is central to that commitment.

Our Purpose

We exist to support individuals in having greater control over their lives, promoting equality and respect in their homes and communities. Everything we do is shaped by the belief that people should be heard, valued, and supported to live the life they choose.

Our Values

* Respect – We listen, value people’s experiences, and treat everyone with dignity.
* Honesty – We communicate openly and take a transparent approach to decisions and feedback.
* Responsibility – We act on what we hear and take ownership of driving positive change.
* Excellence – We work to improve continuously, delivering the highest quality of support.

These values sit at the heart of the MyVoice programme, they guide how we listen, how we respond, and how we turn insight into meaningful action.

What you’ll be responsible for

You’ll bring clarity, structure, and direction to the MyVoice initiative. You’ll plan and deliver our annual MyVoice Conference, run the surveys that influence our improvements, and turn insight into clear action. You’ll work closely with Marketing, HR, Operations and senior leaders, and you’ll chair the MyVoice Working Group to keep everyone focused on what the feedback is telling us. This role exists because the programme has grown, and now needs dedicated leadership to take it to the next level.

* Support the existing committee so they can contribute effectively

Gather meaningful insight

Turn insight into action

* Work with operational leads to embed actions across services
* Track and evidence the impact of the programme

Build visibility and influence

* Work with Marketing & Communications to share outcomes
* Keep the MyVoice narrative aligned to our mission and values
* Build relationships across all divisions
* Shape the future direction of MyVoice.

About you

You’re someone who enjoys bringing people together and turning conversations into practical next steps. You’re organised, thoughtful, and motivated by seeing real change. You want your work to matter, and you want the impact to be visible.

You’ll need to travel across England and Scotland, and occasionally work outside normal office hours to support key events.

This role needs someone who brings both heart and structure, someone who is passionate about meaningful engagement but also capable of delivering a programme with discipline and clarity.

* Experience in programme or project management

MyVoice is a powerful part of who we are as a social care provider. It shows commissioners, inspectors, and families that we don’t just gather feedback, we act on it. It strengthens trust, improves quality, and helps shape services that truly reflect what people want and need.

By leading this programme, you’ll play a key role in improving people’s lives and ensuring their voices influence how care is delivered across the Real Life Options Group.
