Job Description
The M25, one of our flagship projects in the UK, is the most used part of the UK Strategic Road Network, with over 200,000 vehicles daily. It includes around 800 structures and 5 tunnels, requiring high performance, continuous improvement, and repairs. We have formed a Joint Venture, Connect Plus Services (CPS), to operate and maintain the M25 under a 30-year contract. We are seeking a Technical Training Co-Ordinator / Administrator to join our team.
Location: Scratchwood Depot - London Gateway M1, London NW7 3JA, 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Joint Venture Training Team with administration of training activities.
* Complete personal training to stay current with the role.
* Raise purchase orders, receipting orders, and resolve invoice queries; maintain the training financial database.
* Coordinate and administer CITB levy/claims with BB.
* Liaise with internal and external training providers.
* Book training venues as needed.
* Maintain accurate training records.
* Administer the Training Database Records as a primary user.
* Generate reports from learning and development data.
* Respond to other departmental requirements.
* Monitor qualification expiry dates for timely renewals.
* Develop systems to ensure ongoing compliance with qualifications and industry standards.
* Live the Connect Plus Services Values.
* Ensure a focus on Zero Harm.
* Support sustainability initiatives.
* Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
Qualifications:
* Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
* Attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills at all levels.
* Experience in administration, preferably in a training environment.
