Key Responsibilities as MET Technician: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and trim issues on a variety of vehicles. Strip and refit vehicle components as required for repairs. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards in line with manufacturer specifications. Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a smooth workflow. Keep accurate records of repairs and parts used. What We're Looking For in an MET Technician: Proven experience as an MET Technician within the automotive repair industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and trim repair procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive, proactive attitude with great communication skills.
