Global Project Manager HR & Payroll Transformation 6-12 months, to £700 per day Outside IR35 Largely remote with occassional days in London / Midlands We are seeking an experienced Global Project Manager to lead the rollout of a global HR and payroll software solution across multiple international markets. This is a critical programme requiring strong leadership, structure, and governance to ensure successful delivery across diverse regions, each with unique legal and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of a global HR & payroll system implementation Manage country and market localisation, ensuring compliance with local legal and tax regulations Drive consistency across markets, ensuring all markets document requirements for local config and data requirements Establish and enforce strong governance, decision-making frameworks, and delivery timelines Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the software vendor / SI Bring structure and clarity to a programme that requires tighter control and coordination Key Experience Required: Proven track record delivering global HR and payroll system implementations. Finance / ERP also considered. Strong experience managing multi-country rollouts with localisation requirements Ability to drive governance, structure, and accountability in complex programmes Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working closely with third-party vendors Strong organisational and delivery-focused mindset This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact global programme and bring the discipline and leadership needed to ensure its success.
