* £15,653.70per annum

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice to join our growing Performance Marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest and passion for performance marketing, who is keen to develop practical skills and knowledge with a desire to pursue a career in Performance Marketing.
In this role you will support our Performance Marketing team across multiple digital channels including SEO, paid social, email marketing and paid search, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
As this is an apprenticeship role, you will be enrolled on an apprenticeship training course in conjunction with our provider and you will be expected to study in your role to achieve aLevel 3 Multi-Channel Marketer with Artificial Intelligence Tools qualification.Learning will take place through a combination of online learning, in person training and webinars.
Please note, as this is a level 3 apprenticeship, we are unable to accept candidates who hold a marketing related qualification at level 3 or above, or those with extensive experience in a digital marketing related role.
Main Responsibilities
* Support with SEO tasks, including collaborating with internal teams and our SEO agency to implement recommendations and monitor keyword rankings.
* Write, upload and optimise metadata across the site, using AI tools to support scalability.
* Assist with the delivery of our paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, including coordinating ad schedules and monitoring performance.
* Support the tracking and reporting of campaign performance across paid social, paid search, affiliates and email.
* Assist with data processes and requests in line with GDPR protocols.
* Support wider CRM initiatives and Performance Marketing channels as required.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
* A passion in performance marketing and a desire to build a career in this field.
* Basic understanding of SEO, Paid Social, Email and PPC.
* Experience using Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft programs.
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative copy writing skills.
* Good organisational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* A proactive approach with keen attention to detail.
* Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
* Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console or similar analytics tools.
* Experience using social media platforms in a business or personal brand capacity.
* An interest in AI tools and how they can be used in marketing workflows.
* Basic understanding of Excel formulas or data handling.
* An understanding of eCommerce and the retail industry
