Job Title: Senior Care Assistant at HC One

Your role will involve planning and delivering care that provides residents with security, dignity, and independence. You will get to know residents and their families, helping us deliver personalized care plans.
Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will maintain high standards of care and influence your team positively. Whether demonstrating how to use a walking frame, assisting at mealtimes, or communicating with families, kindness is paramount.
You will assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, and administering medication.
One of your key responsibilities is to keep accurate records and build strong relationships within your team.
Ideally, you will have completed a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care or S/NVQ, and be willing to pursue Level 3 or equivalent. Experience in person-centered care planning and caring for people with dementia is preferred. The essential qualities are positive energy, good communication, time management, and kindness.
